CD Projekt Red, the developer behind The Witcher 4, has announced plans to unveil more details about its eagerly awaited RPG later this week.
In a social media update earlier today, the studio revealed it will showcase "cutting-edge technology and gameplay mechanics powering The Witcher 4 and future projects" during Epic Games' State of Unreal presentation tomorrow.
The keynote begins at 9:30 AM ET on June 3 and will be available via live stream.
Last year's State of Unreal event included a preview of Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra, featuring Captain America and Black Panther, developed by Uncharted's creative director Amy Hennig.
If this year follows suit, we might get our first look at actual game visuals for The Witcher 4, which has only been shown through CGI trailers so far. Could gameplay footage be included? We'll find out soon.
We'll be coming together with @UnrealEngine to present during the State of Unreal.

Notably, CD Projekt mentions technology that will influence both The Witcher 4 and future projects. Does this hint at upcoming games in the Witcher franchise, or could we see an early look at another CD Projekt title like Cyberpunk 2?
The Witcher 4 marks the next chapter for CD Projekt's acclaimed RPG series, introducing Ciri—Geralt's adopted daughter—as the new protagonist. Recently, Geralt's voice actor Doug Cockle responded to criticism about the character change, urging critics to "read the source material."
