- Main Villain: Dracula takes center stage as the primary antagonist.
- New Heroes: The Fantastic Four join the roster. Mister Fantastic and The Invisible Woman arrive at launch, with Human Torch and The Thing following approximately six to seven weeks later.

- New Game Mode: Doom Match introduces a fresh gameplay experience.
