The operational workflow within the App
1. When a consumer places an order, it is broadcasted to all importers. Tashleeh Pro then searches for the best offers at the lowest prices and presents them to the consumer, guaranteeing optimal service.
2. The app allows the consumer to browse all received offers and freely select the best one.
3. The app allows consumers to share offers via specific social media platforms.
4. The app lets the consumer choose their preferred payment method, facilitating transactions via electronic payment or cash on delivery.
5. The app enables consumers to select their delivery method: using the app's dedicated delivery service for efficient shipping or opting for in-store pickup at the importer's associated shop.
6. The app allows consumers to track their order status through external notifications, a dedicated notifications page/screen, or by directly checking the order's progress.
7. The app allows consumers to contact management at any time to submit comments or complaints.
