Draw him out by smashing the barrels in the courtyard. Once he emerges, confront him and move on to the next target.
Merchant Kanta

As you delve deeper into the Iron Hand storyline, you'll find that not all merchants are willingly part of the syndicate. Merchant Kanta, located in the Mouth of Seta in the Omi region, is one such case. Merchant Kin-no-suke's ostentatious displays of wealth are suspicious, and he's known to hire bandits to steal from competitors. Head to the city of Obama in Wakasa, just east of the Trading Port, to find him. Be prepared to deal with his surrounding bodyguards. A quick smoke bomb and some well-timed assassinations should suffice to ensure he's eliminated.

Finally, you'll confront the head of the syndicate, the Iron Hand himself, located in a highly secure area within Tamba's Fukuchiyama Castle, near the center of the region. Approach from the south side of the castle walls to find him. Expect a tougher fight, as he's more resistant than the others and surrounded by guards. It's wise to take out the guards stealthily before engaging the Iron Hand. Once he's defeated, return to Imai Sokun to claim your rewards.
