• League Competition: Manage your team within a server of 30 clubs, competing across three leagues. The top three teams are promoted, while the bottom three are relegated after each three-week season.

• Youth Camp Scouting: Recruit future stars during the weekend-long youth camp. Utilize scouting reports to strategically bid on promising young talent – the foundation of many successful TOL dynasties.

• Friendly Matches & Tournaments: Organize friendly matches and off-season tournaments against other managers to test your team's mettle and build relationships.

• Long-Term Team Management: Retain your team year after year, managing player development and decline to build a championship-caliber squad.

• Human-to-Human Transfers: Negotiate player transfers directly with other managers via Discord, then finalize deals using the TOL application. Strategic deal-making is key to success.

• Discord Bot Assistance: Utilize helpful Discord bots to streamline team management. For example, contact your assistant, Chris, to broadcast your team's victories!

TOL accommodates multiple time zones, with matches currently scheduled at 7:00 PM PST, EST, and GMT.
