The electronic ticket remains valid until reaching the final stop and can be found in the "Valid Tickets" section. Previous e-tickets are accessible in the "Travel details" section.

Common reasons for payment failures from your phone balance:

• - Corporate phone number;
• - Outstanding trust payment;
• - No balance top-up since number activation;
• - Initial balance not utilized;
• - SIM card replaced within 24 hours before payment.

Passengers can create a free virtual transport card in the app. Self-service registration is available for regular and school virtual cards. For other preferential virtual cards, visit the company office with required documents.

Top up your virtual transport card using the card number directly in this mobile app or through other applications like Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank (homebank), and others.

System permissions used:

1. ) Camera - for QR code scanning and QR scan button functionality.
2. ) Location - for accurate city map display, automatic bus detection for simplified fare payment (identifying bus codes via GPS location of passengers and buses), and route planning from current location to destination. Enter destinations and departure points on the map or as text addresses. The routing algorithm includes transfer information.
