Wild-Caught Sashimi is obtainable only in the waters of Alola Beach, Honolulu, either through fishing or purchasing from the merchant Grayson's Weapons at Sea.
Purchasing from Grayson
The simplest method is buying from Grayson. He sells Wild-Caught Sashimi for $1.60 per unit.
Locate Grayson by swimming to the east side of Alola Beach's ocean (see map). He only appears after you've explored that area. You can carry a maximum of 10 sashimi at once, but can return to purchase more as needed.
Fishing
Alternatively, you can swim in Alola Beach and catch fish by pressing the "Catch" prompt. While this method is free, Wild-Caught Sashimi is exceptionally rare, appearing approximately once every 50 attempts.
