Using the Voodoo Doll
The Voodoo Doll's primary function is to provoke the ghost into revealing evidence. By inserting pins one by one, you can trigger actions such as EMF5 readings or UV fingerprints, particularly useful with elusive or inactive ghosts.
Ten pins are available, each insertion costing 5% sanity. Inserting all pins depletes 50% sanity, significantly increasing the risk of a ghost hunt.
The critical risk lies in the heart pin. A random pin is selected with each insertion; hitting the heart pin instantly triggers a Cursed Hunt, reducing sanity by 10% and initiating a prolonged (20 seconds longer) ghost hunt near your location.
