Netflix Games is soon adding the narrative-driven action-adventure game, Thirsty Suitors, to its library. Currently available on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, this unique breakup simulator lets players battle exes in turn-based combat while navigating family relationships and self-discovery.
Thirsty Suitors, developed by Outerloop Games, is a 1990s-set adventure exploring themes of culture, relationships, and self-expression. Players will engage in turn-based RPG combat featuring a mood system to exploit enemy weaknesses. Beyond combat, the game offers skateboarding challenges in Timber Hills, allowing players to perform tricks and uncover the secrets of Bearfoot Park. The game also includes a cooking mechanic, where players prepare South Asian-inspired meals to impress their mother and mend their relationship.

Outerloop Games' Chandana “Eka” Ekanayake will participate in a Games for Change Festival panel (June 27th & 28th) discussing representation in video games. The panel will also feature Matt Korba and Matt Daigle (The Odd Gentlemen), Caitlin Shell (Brandible Games), and Leanne Loombe (Netflix).
Thirsty Suitors will soon be available for free to Netflix subscribers on the App Store and Google Play. For more information and updates, visit the official website or follow Outerloop Games on X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube.
