Lucky Fans Receive Confirmation Emails For Nintendo Switch 2 Experience
Nintendo reportedly started sending out confirmation emails on January 27, 2025, to fans who applied for their Switch 2 Experience events happening globally. Excited fans took to Twitter (X) to share the confirmation emails they received from Nintendo.
Registration for the event opened on January 17, 2025, following the release of the Switch 2 trailer, and closed on January 26, 2025. A free Nintendo Account was required to register. Nintendo had previously detailed the registration rules and other important information on their website, which attendees must adhere to upon selection.
For those not selected, an email was sent providing information on waitlists that will open on January 29, 2025, at 4 PM ET / 3 PM CT / 1 PM PT, in case new spots become available or current ticket holders cancel.

Nintendo has announced that Nintendo Switch 2 Experience events will take place around the world starting April 4. Attendees will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with games on the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2.

Upcoming Nintendo Direct Will Feature Nintendo Switch 2
The upcoming Nintendo Direct is scheduled for April 2, 2025, and will focus on the Nintendo Switch 2. According to Nintendo's official website, this Direct will offer fans "a closer look at Nintendo Switch 2." Details on the broadcast time and platforms will be shared on Nintendo's official website and social media accounts at a later date.
