The showcase trailer revealed a new "Friends of Jimbo" update for Balatro, adding a slew of face card customizations. Expect to see familiar faces from Bugsnax, Civilization, Assassin's Creed, Slay the Princess, Friday the 13th, and Fallout.
This marks the fourth "Friends of Jimbo" update, following previous additions featuring characters from *The Witcher*, *Cyberpunk 2077*, *Among Us*, *Divinity: Original Sin 2*, *Vampire Survivors*, *Stardew Valley*, and more. As before, this update is purely cosmetic; no major gameplay changes are anticipated.But the big news is Balatro's immediate availability on Xbox Game Pass. Previously available for purchase on Xbox, this makes indulging in its addictive card-slinging gameplay easier than ever. Jimbo would approve.
