Sonic Rumble: Pre-Launch Party Begins in the Philippines!
Remember Sonic Rumble, the upcoming party game featuring Sonic and friends in a Fall Guys-style chaotic adventure? Following its May CBT, Sonic Rumble is now entering its pre-launch phase, starting in the Philippines.
Pre-Launch Rollout:
SEGA has launched Sonic Rumble in the Philippines for both Android and iOS. This marks Phase 1 of the pre-launch, running throughout the summer. All gameplay data from this initial phase will be reset.
Phase 2 will see the pre-launch expand to Peru and Colombia in the fall. Further regions will be added in Phase 3, with details to be announced later. Global pre-registration will follow, anticipated for late 2024 or early 2025. The recent success of Fall Guys likely spurred SEGA to accelerate the launch process.
Gameplay Overview:
Sonic Rumble offers a collection of mini-games packed with zany obstacles and challenges. Play solo or team up with friends to compete.
However, Sonic Rumble adds a unique twist. Unlike the straightforward races in Fall Guys, this game incorporates classic Sonic villains like Dr. Eggman, adding an extra layer of unpredictable mayhem to the obstacle courses.
Philippine players can download Sonic Rumble now from the Google Play Store.
