Dive into the captivating world of Scarlet Girls, a brand-new idle RPG where you command a squad of technologically enhanced mecha waifus. Set in the 119th year of the Old Euro Calendar, humanity teeters on the brink of extinction, ravaged by catastrophic events that mutated animals into powerful beings. As one of humanity's last hopes, you'll recruit and train these mecha girls, the Stellaris, to combat the catastromechs and restore peace to Earth. This beginner's guide will illuminate the core mechanics and game modes to accelerate your progress.
Understanding Scarlet Girls' Combat Mechanics
Scarlet Girls offers a completely idle, casual combat experience. Battles unfold in a turn-based system, with allies and enemies acting according to their Speed stat. Each round concludes when all participants have taken their turns. You can deploy five characters, and the convenient Quick Dispatch feature automatically optimizes your formation based on your strongest Stellaris. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the thrilling animations accompanying each character's special abilities.
Your Stellaris possess powerful active and passive abilities automatically deployed in combat. Each skill has a cooldown timer. Strategic squad building is key, synergizing your mecha girls' strengths to overcome enemies. The battle itself is real-time, with no direct player intervention; your success hinges on your character strength and strategic team composition.
Each Stellaris belongs to one of four classes, defining their combat roles:
- Paladins: High armor, drawing enemy fire and protecting teammates.
- Support: Healing and supportive abilities, providing utility from the backline.
- Devastator: Heavy firepower specialists, dealing devastating energy damage.
- Assaulter: Bladed weapon experts, inflicting significant physical damage.
Echo: The Scarlet Girls Gacha System
Recruiting Stellaris is done via the Echo system. Characters come in various rarities: R, SR, SSR, and SSR+, with higher rarity indicating greater base stats (Attack, Defense, HP) and more powerful abilities.
Currently, the "Normal Echo" banner offers R-SSR Stellaris. Use accumulated Echo tickets or Diamonds to summon. An SSR character is guaranteed within 40 summons. Each summon awards 20 Echo points; accumulating 2000 points allows you to choose a random SSR character from the four elemental banners (excluding Nebula). Check your progress on the Echo system's right-hand side. Rarity recruitment probabilities are:
- R Stellaris: 19.979% (per individual R character)
- SR Stellaris: 2.667% (per individual SR character)
- SSR Stellaris: 0.133% (per individual SSR character)
- SSR+ Stellaris: 0.010% (per individual SSR+ character)
