Feeling frustrated with your Avowed character's build? It happens! Sometimes that initial class choice, or those early attribute points, just don't pan out as planned. This guide shows you exactly how to respec your character in Avowed, allowing you to completely revamp your playstyle. Whether you want to shift from a full wizard to a spellsword, or simply optimize your build for late-game challenges, respeccing is your solution.
How to Respec Your Abilities in Avowed
To respec your abilities, open the in-game menu and navigate to the "Abilities" section. Near the bottom, you'll find a "Reset Points" option. This will cost you Copper Skeyt (100 initially, increasing with gameplay). Click the button, confirm your choice, and pay the price to reclaim all your ability points. Note that "Godlike" abilities are excluded; they are acquired through in-game choices.
How to Respec Your Attributes in Avowed
If you're happy with your abilities but need to adjust your attributes, or want a complete overhaul, head to the in-game menu's "Character" section. Below your attribute list, you'll see a button to reset them, again at a cost of Copper Skeyt (starting at 100). Click, pay, and redistribute your attribute points as desired.
How to Respec Your Companion in Avowed
Want to tweak your companion's abilities? Open the menu, go to "Abilities," and select the "Companions" tab. Under your companion's name, you'll find a button to reset their points for a Copper Skeyt cost. Remember, you'll need to respec each companion individually.
That's all there is to respeccing in Avowed! Enjoy crafting your perfect character build.
