How To Farm Skill Points Fast In Dynasty Warriors: Origins
You earn three Skill Points for every 100 enemies you defeat in battle. Although main battles involve defeating many enemies, their strict loss conditions make them less ideal for grinding Skill Points. Focus on officers to win these battles. For farming, head to the overworld and participate in Skirmishes, where you can apply this strategy effectively.
In a Skirmish, bypass the enemy officers and concentrate on slashing through the waves of endlessly spawning enemies. This approach nets you three Skill Points for every 100 kills without any loss conditions. The Skirmish continues as long as you survive, allowing you to rack up 100 kills every minute or so, depending on the Skirmish's enemy spawn rate.
Continue fighting in the same Skirmish until your health is too low, then save enough energy to defeat the last officer and secure victory. You’ll earn additional Skill Points for winning, making it possible to gain up to 50 Skill Points in just a few minutes. Here are some tips to enhance this method:
- Use a spear, as it's excellent for clearing waves of weaker enemies.
- Equip a Wellspring Gem to restore health every 100 enemies killed.
- Consider an Oblivion Gem to increase your kill rate.

Beyond Skirmishes, you can earn Skill Points by completing Training objectives. As you advance through the main story and encounter new characters, interact with them in the overworld. They may assign you Training objectives, which are often straightforward and can be completed passively while playing the game. These objectives can be achieved at any time during battles, providing a steady flow of additional Skill Points. Make it a habit to engage with these characters whenever you encounter them.
