Pokémon GO's Steeled Resolve Event: New Pokémon, Raids, and More!
Get ready, Pokémon GO trainers! Niantic has announced the Steeled Resolve event, running from January 21st to 26th. This event brings a wave of exciting new content, including the debut of several Galar region Pokémon.
New Pokémon Debuts: Rookidee, Corvisquire, and Corviknight are finally arriving in Pokémon GO! Keep an eye out for these steel-type additions to your Pokédex.
Dual Destiny Special Research Continues: Steeled Resolve kicks off a new chapter of the free Dual Destiny Special Research. Complete tasks to earn rewards such as Fast and Charged TMs, a Lucky Egg, and more. This research is available until March 4th.
Enhanced Encounters and Raids:
- Wild Encounters: Expect to find Clefairy, Machop, and Paldean Wooper in the wild.
- Raids: One-star and five-star raids will feature Lickitung, Skorupi, and various forms of Deoxys.
- Mega Raids: Mega Gallade and Mega Medicham will lead the charge in Mega Raids.
- Eggs: Shieldon and Rookidee will be hatching from eggs.
Magnetic Lure Module Boost: Use Magnetic Lure Modules to attract Onix, Beldum, and the new Rookidee.
Shadow Pokémon Advantage: Charged TMs can be used to remove Frustration from Shadow Pokémon, giving you a strategic edge in battles. Don't forget to redeem those Pokémon GO codes for extra goodies!
Go Battle Week: Dual Destiny: This event coincides with Go Battle Week: Dual Destiny, offering 4x Stardust from win rewards and increased daily battle sets. The Great League and Ultra League will be active.
Timed Research: For an additional $5, participate in Timed Research for bonuses like 2x Hatch Stardust and encounters with Galarian Weezing and Clodsire.
