Parallel Experiment: A Co-op Crime Thriller Puzzler Coming to Steam and Mobile
Eleven Puzzles' highly anticipated co-op crime thriller puzzler, Parallel Experiment, is set to launch on Steam this March. A mobile demo is also planned for iOS and Android later in 2025, with a full mobile release to follow.
This unique co-op experience, reminiscent of titles like Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, casts players as detectives Ally and Old Dog. Working across separate locations, players must communicate clues and collaborate to solve over 80 intricate puzzles.
The game features an in-game notebook for clue tracking, cooperative dialogue, a stylish noir comic book aesthetic, and even playful ways to interact with your partner, like window-knocking or playful pokes.
What's in the box?! Cross-platform play is a key feature, adding a layer of ingenuity to the gameplay. While desktop co-op is easily facilitated by platforms like Discord, mobile play introduces new and creative communication challenges – and opportunities for distraction!
While the co-op puzzle genre is established, Parallel Experiment benefits from extensive testing to optimize the mobile experience.
