The Iron Pipe is a rare fishing reward found in sewers. Both sewers offer the same drop rate; the one near Resistance Camp is more accessible.
Fast travel to Resistance Camp. Head right towards the Amusement Park, jump the small gap, and descend the open manhole under the highway.
Fish in the sewer water. Other junk items are also possible, and can be sold. There's no guaranteed method; it might take several casts or several minutes. Use your Pod's light to improve visibility underwater.
