Physical copies of Monster Hunter Wilds require a 15GB update to play, Capcom has announced. If you've pre-ordered the digital version, you can download the latest update now to be ready when the game launches on February 28, according to a Capcom social media post.
The social media account Does it play?, which champions physical media, noted that this update isn't necessary for offline play. However, the patch aims to enhance certain technical and visual aspects that could significantly improve your gaming experience.
Capcom has not yet released specific details about the changes or improvements, nor provided patch notes.
Monster Hunter Wilds is the latest installment in Capcom's renowned monster hunting franchise.
