Players assume the role of Thomas Evans, whose girlfriend, Elisabeth Williams, enlists his help in investigating her family's strange behavior. However, the situation takes a sinister turn upon discovering the hotel's control by a menacing group known as 'The Quiet Ones.'
These enemies are blind but possess acutely sensitive hearing. The slightest sound will attract their attention, leading to perilous situations. Unlike typical shooters, combat is absent; survival hinges on stealth and silence. The gameplay echoes the tension of the film A Quiet Place.
