New leaked artwork reveals upcoming skins for Psylocke, Black Panther, and Winter Soldier in Marvel Rivals, potentially launching with Season 1: Eternal Night Falls on January 10th. The leak, courtesy of a popular content creator, Miller Ross, showcases these skins alongside other heroes battling Dracula, the season's antagonist. The dark, thematic skins hint at the season's overall tone.
Season 1 introduces exciting new content, including the Sanctum Sanctorum map for the new Doom Match mode (a free-for-all battle royale for 8-12 players). Midtown Manhattan will also be a playable map, featuring a convoy mission. A Central Park map is anticipated in a later mid-season update.
Ross's leaked artwork, reportedly from an in-game gallery card, depicts the new skins in detail. Black Panther's skin is particularly striking, showing him aligned with Dracula, featuring fangs, no helmet, and purple-accented armor. Psylocke's skin boasts thigh-high boots, long pigtails, and a skirt. Winter Soldier sports a new look with white hair and a golden arm. Additionally, an Invisible Woman Malice skin will also be available, showcasing her villainous side.
Invisible Woman and Mister Fantastic will be playable upon Season 1's launch, with Mister Fantastic confirmed as the next Duelist and Invisible Woman as a Strategist. The Thing and Human Torch are slated for the mid-season update, with speculated roles as Vanguard and Duelist respectively.
