Seven regional leagues, spanning from the Philippines to Brazil, are set to determine which teams will be crowned regional champions and earn their spot at the Honor of Kings World Cup later this year in Riyadh. At the Kings World Cup (KWC), 18 teams will battle it out for supremacy. This year's event is particularly thrilling as it will see the winners from the Regional Leagues clash with the champions of the KPL Spring season, promising an intense showdown of esports prowess.

- Wildcard King Series: Group Stage (16th May-1st June), Playoffs (6th-8th June)
- Major East League: Group Stage (17th-20th April, 24th-27th April), Knockout Stage (2nd-3rd May), Major Last Call (4th May)
- Major West League: Group Stage (17th-20th April, 24th-27th April), Knockout Stage (2nd-3rd May), Major Last Call (4th May)
- Honor of Kings Brazil Championship: Group Stage (16th-18th May, 22nd-25th May), Playoffs (31st May-1st June, 7th-8th June)
