Where to Find Golden Rations
Golden Rations are primarily acquired through exploration and cycle resets. During gameplay, search for chest icons on the map. These often contain resources for upgrades or purchases, including a chance at Golden Rations (indicated by a Golden Ration icon above the chest). Areas containing Prisms (golden diamond icons) frequently have nearby Golden Ration chests.
Alternatively, cycle resets offer another acquisition method. A cycle represents an Overgrowth instance, resetting when your Rez count hits zero. After depleting revives, choose to either retry the map (losing some resources) or completely reset the cycle at the Cursed Outpost. Successful cycle resets with sufficient scores grant Golden Rations as rewards.
