How to Get Free Winterfest Items in Fortnite?

To start collecting your Winterfest goodies, navigate to the main menu and click on the tab adorned with a snowflake. This will prompt you to enter the festive lodge where the gifts await.

Inside the lodge, you'll find two piles of gifts: one on the left and one on the right. There are 13 unique items to collect, and you can choose the order in which you open them, with the exception of the Yulejacket outfit, which is the final gift.

The left pile contains eight different boxes, each with a unique wrap color and ribbon. Here's what you can find:
- **Snoop’s Holladizzle bass**: Open the big yellow box with a green ribbon on the top left.
- **Yulejacket outfit**: Located in the top row, in the green box.
- **Humbug Slicer pickaxe**: Found in the middle row, in the left yellow box with a red ribbon.
- **Frosted Frets guitar**: In the middle row, in the purple box with a gold ribbon.
- **Yulejacket’s Blaster** wrap: In the middle row, in the red box with a green ribbon.
- **Crashed Chiller**, **Choose Naughty**, and **Tree Keys** sprays: All in the silver box on the bottom left.
- **Llama Llightbulb** emoji: In the blue box on the bottom row.

The right pile consists of five boxes, each containing unique items. You can revisit boxes you've already opened. Here's what you can find:

- **Snow Sparkle** contrail: In the middle row, in the red box.
- **That’s Cold Jac!** back bling: In the middle row, in the purple box with a silver ribbon.

Free Winterfest Outfits
While the 13 ordinary boxes don't contain any outfits, you can still score a free skin during Fortnite Winterfest. The Yulejacket outfit becomes available after you've opened all other gifts. Additionally, there's anticipation around Santa Dogg's arrival, which is expected to bring more festive cheer. The Winterfest event runs until January 7, so even if you miss a few days, you'll still have ample time to collect all the rewards.
