The Unexpected FIFA x Konami Collaboration
This partnership is a remarkable twist after years of competition. EA's separation from FIFA in 2022, reportedly due to a significant disagreement over licensing fees, paved the way for this unexpected alliance. The subsequent release of EA Sports FC 24 without the FIFA branding further highlights the shift in the football gaming landscape.
