However, a trailer has yet to surface.
Initial reports suggested a possible Super Bowl reveal, but a now-altered press release from Good Morning America hinted at a February 4th, 2025 premiere. The schedule initially listed "the debut of the 'The Fantastic Four: First Steps' movie trailer" for Tuesday's show. This mention has since been removed.
While a trailer is imminent given the film's approaching release, a Good Morning America debut was less predictable than a Super Bowl spot. However, Good Morning America's parent company, ABC, is owned by Disney, making it a logical platform to showcase the new Marvel film.
Plot details remain under wraps, but the cast has been announced: Pedro Pascal as Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as The Thing. Robert Downey Jr.'s casting as Doctor Doom is confirmed, though the connection between Tony Stark and this iteration of Doom remains a significant mystery.
With Fantastic Four and Phase Six still months away, fans can look forward to Captain America: Brave New World and Thunderbolts to conclude Phase Five.
