The Taipei Game Show 2025 was a smashing hit for Etheria: Restart, attracting thousands of enthusiastic fans. The event broke records set by previous betas and showcased a wealth of exclusive content. Attendees were treated to live competitions, hands-on previews, and a host of other engaging activities.
Etheria: Restart's booth was buzzing with excitement, featuring in-game challenges, cosplayer appearances, and giveaways of exclusive merchandise. Fans had the opportunity to win limited-edition collectibles, with some lucky attendees even walking away with a PS5 Pro.
On January 24th and 25th, the popular streamer Akaoni graced the stage, engaging in live battles, hosting challenge events, and interacting with fans. Those who joined the festivities received a signed photo as a memento.
Away from the show floor, Etheria: Restart's closed beta test achieved remarkable milestones. Over 900,000 summons were recorded, with Massiah, Tiamat, and Hoyan being the most sought-after characters. Notably, Hyperlinker Tianyu Rin managed to collect every single character, a feat unmatched by any other participant.
In terms of progression, most participants reached an average level of 35, but Lulu surged ahead to an impressive level 66. The Peak Arena rankings saw 82 competitors secure their positions, with Fried Bun emerging as the top-ranked Hyperlinker in both PvP modes. Guild Qiyan City set a new benchmark for single-damage output in the event's most challenging battle.
The new boss fight against NicoNana became a standout feature of the test, with over 24,000 attempts recorded. This encounter proved to be a formidable challenge, pushing teams to refine their strategies to the limit.
