The quest description is straightforward: find Rosalie at the marked location.
Rosalie requests a hairstyle from the "Simple" category.
Open your wardrobe (press C), navigate to the "Simple" category (located below the character image), and select a hairstyle. I chose the one from the fisherman set.
Feel free to experiment with outfits! I paired the hairstyle with a black tracksuit. You can simply change the hairstyle without altering your outfit.
Return to Rosalie, interact with her, and watch a short cutscene confirming quest completion.
