Developer Dream Dock has unveiled Dreadmoor, an exciting new first-person single-player action-adventure game drawing inspiration from the 2023 hit Dredge. In Dreadmoor, players will take to the helm of a fishing trawler, navigating the treacherous waters of the post-apocalyptic Drownlands. This immersive experience is currently in development for PC. Be sure to watch the announcement trailer above and explore the initial screenshots showcased in the gallery below.
Dream Dock paints a vivid picture of Dreadmoor: "Embark on a journey behind the wheel of a fishing trawler and venture into a world transformed by a global nuclear war. The continents have vanished beneath the waves, leaving behind a scattered archipelago and the submerged relics of ancient civilizations. Survive by selling your catch to fellow survivors, undertaking quests, and advancing towards a semblance of safety. Be vigilant—your ship's cargo hold could become a battleground for creatures intent on devouring one another! Enhance your vessel and craft essential gear to delve into the hidden depths and uncover secret locales. The Drownlands are teeming with mutated beasts and shrouded in sinister enigmas, particularly at night. Watch out for radiation, as the peril intensifies out there…"
