Attention all Dead Cells fans! The era of free updates for this beloved game is drawing to a close, but not before delivering two final updates: Clean Cut and The End is Near, now available on Android. While the game itself isn't going anywhere, the developers have decided to wrap up their update journey. Let's dive into what these last updates bring to the table.
What’s in Store?
The final updates introduce four exciting new weapons to spice up your gameplay. Among them are the giant Sewing Scissors and the Misericorde sword, which delivers massive critical damage to enemies with less than half health. However, be cautious; if you don't finish off your foes, you'll find yourself cursed. Another addition is the Anathema, a heavy-ranged weapon that explodes on impact but curses you if it hits anything. And don't miss out on the new skill, Indulgence, which unleashes a powerful beam of light, dealing massive damage and helping to clear some of your curses.
These updates also introduce new game modes like Speedrun and Boss Rush DIY, perfect for those looking to test their skills. Additionally, you can now choose from 40 new heads, and an NPC is on hand to help you swap them at your convenience.
New Mutations and Enemies Too
The final updates also bring new mutations to the mix. Cursed Flask allows you to use your health flask without consuming a charge, while Damned Vigor gives you a few seconds to kill an enemy and save yourself from death. If you're feeling bold, Demonic Strength boosts your damage when you're cursed.
As for new enemies, watch out for the Sore Loser, which sticks to you and curses you upon its demise. The Curser shoots guided cursed skulls and slashes at you if you get too close. And beware the Doom Bringer, who can stack curses and potentially kill you outright if she reaches over 50 curses.
Don't miss out on these final updates for Dead Cells. Head over to the Google Play Store and immerse yourself in the latest content while it's still fresh.
