Winning her heart isn't straightforward, but the journey is well worth it, especially in the harsh environment of Night City. To start romancing Panam, players must enter Act 2 of the game and ensure they are using the Male V Voice and Male V Body Type, as these are prerequisites for pursuing a relationship with her. Complete Ghost Town
In the Ghost Town mission, which becomes available after the Playing for Time quest at the start of Act 2, V meets Johnny Silverhand's former flame, Rogue Amendiares, at the Afterlife. Rogue directs V to meet Panam Palmer, a Nomad. Although their initial encounter might be rocky, helping Panam can change the dynamics between them. Begin by agreeing to accompany Panam to Rocky Ridge to retrieve her car from the Raffen. Whether you choose stealth or a direct approach doesn't matter, but when Panam seeks revenge against Nash, select the dialogue option: "OK. So where's this hideout?" This leads to confronting Nash and his goons at the Raffen Shiv hideout. After the mission, ask Panam, "Feel better now?" and celebrate at the Sunset Motel's bar. Here, choose either:

However, when confronted by Saul and the Aldecaldos at the gas station, defend Panam by saying, "It really wasn't Panam's fault." After the mission, reply to Panam's message with, "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait a few in-game hours or days, and complete other missions until Panam calls to start Riders of the Storm. In Riders of the Storm, Panam needs your help to rescue Saul, who has been kidnapped by Wraiths. Whether you use stealth or go in loud to save Saul doesn't matter, but after escaping the compound, mediate the argument between Panam and Saul by saying:

This gives you some alone time with Panam, where you can flirt by choosing:
- Pleased with your stay, ma'am?
- You'd be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma'am.
- [Touch Panam's thigh] Got a few ideas.
Although Panam might reject your advances initially, the next morning, stop her before she leaves and select, "[Stop Panam] Wait. About last night…" This leads to a kiss, ending the mission with Johnny's approval as Panam rides off into the Badlands.
Complete With a Little Help from My Friends
After a few in-game days, Panam calls for help with the mission With a Little Help from My Friends. Agree to assist her by selecting, "OK, I'm in," and choose to ride with her by saying, "I'm riding with you." At the trainyard, climb the tower with Panam and engage in the following dialogue:
- [Stand by window] Missed you.
- So let's start.
- Great plan. What went wrong?
- So far, so good.
- Why's it different with me?
- [Touch Panam's hand] Next time, try following that impulse.

After With a Little Help from My Friends, wait an in-game day away from the Aldecaldos Camp and complete other missions until Panam calls you back. Return to the camp, enter the Basilisk with Panam, and flirt by saying, "Nice and cozy in here." After driving the Basilisk and shooting abandoned cars, sync your synapses with Panam and choose, "[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let's go." After the Basilisk battle, continue the dialogue at the Aldecaldos Camp:

How to Go on Dates with Panam
Thanks to Cyberpunk 2077's Update 2.1, players can now engage in the mission I Really Want To Stay At Your House after romancing a character they live with. Once you've romanced Panam, you can invite her over to any of V's apartments (except for Dogtown) by replying to her message. While you can't explore Night City together, you can enjoy a cozy night in, snuggling up with Panam.
