Netmarble has unveiled a significant update for Tower of God: New World, introducing two formidable new characters and launching a series of limited-time events to celebrate its latest collaboration with the Tower of God spin-off series.
The update is headlined by XSR+ [Irregular] Urek Mazino, making his debut in a version inspired by the Webtoon Urek Mazino, the first official spin-off of the main series. This younger, rawer depiction of Urek is a Green Element, Warrior-class Fisherman, and represents his early days when he first entered the Tower. While the Webtoon spin-off is currently only available in Korean, this in-game interpretation provides global fans with their first direct glimpse of Urek’s early story. Accompanying him is SSR+ [Enigmatic] Princess of Zahard, a mysterious new Green Element Warrior whose ability to control others makes her especially intriguing, though her identity and origins remain shrouded in mystery.
To celebrate the crossover event, Netmarble is running a series of events through June 4th. Players can unlock XSR+ Urek Mazino simply by logging in, and earn rewards through the Spin-off Celebration Event. This includes Special Summons, Check-in bonuses, and missions that offer a chance to acquire [Enigmatic] Princess of Zahard. Additionally, the Spin-off Labyrinth of Memories: Urek Mazino mode delves deeper into Urek’s story with narrative stages and battle missions that reward players with Radiant Revolution Fragments and other rare items.
