CD Projekt Red's ambitious new project, Project Hadar, is seeking top talent. Marcin Blacha, VP and Narrative Lead, highlights the need for an "exceptional team," urging skilled developers to explore open positions.
Unlike the studio's Witcher and Cyberpunk franchises, Project Hadar is set within a completely original universe. While details are limited (it's confirmed not to be a space horror), the project's recent expansion from a team of approximately twenty individuals to a full-scale production, described by developers as a "once-in-a-lifetime opportunity," suggests significant progress.

Current openings include roles for programmers, VFX artists, technical artists, writers, and mission designers. This recruitment drive strongly indicates a shift from initial conceptualization to active development.
CD Projekt Red is currently managing multiple projects simultaneously. The largest team is focused on Project Polaris, the inaugural title in the new Witcher trilogy featuring Ciri. Additional teams are developing a Cyberpunk 2077 sequel and another game within the Witcher universe.
