The Sims 4's Blast from the Past event offers enticing rewards, but earning them requires tackling various challenges. One particularly tricky task involves breaking and repairing an object. This guide provides a straightforward solution.
Week 2's challenge requires raising your Sim's Handiness skill to level 2 or higher, followed by repairing a broken object. The difficulty lies in locating a broken item. Instead of searching, create a broken object yourself. Repeatedly using an inexpensive item is the easiest method.
The Ambassador toilet is an affordable option. Using it approximately a dozen times will cause it to malfunction, becoming a "broken object." This can be done by your Sim or by having guests use it.
Repairing the broken object is simple once your Handiness skill reaches level 2. Select the "Repair" option on the broken toilet; after a short time, the repair will be complete, fulfilling the challenge requirement.
