Nexon's Blue Archive has unleashed a massive update titled "Rowdy and Cheery," packed with exciting new content for strategy RPG fans. This update introduces a captivating new story arc, fresh characters, and a challenging new game mode.
The Heart of the "Rowdy and Cheery" Update
The update centers around a chaotic field trip between Gehenna Academy and Allied Hyakkiyako Academy. Players follow Gehenna students as they journey to Hyakkiyako, encountering humorous clashes with the Festival Operations Department in a 10-episode story. Completing chapters rewards players with Pyroxenes and Credit Points.
Two New Characters Join the Fray
"Rowdy and Cheery" introduces two new playable characters:
- Tsubaki (Guide): A tour guide from Allied Hyakkiyako Academy, integral to the field trip storyline.
- Umika: A Mystic-type Striker from the Festival Operations Department, wielding a Fireworks Launcher for devastating single-target damage.

A New Challenge: Final Restriction Release
This new game mode challenges players to defeat powerful bosses. Players can deploy up to 6 Strikers and 4 Special students per unit. The mode runs until October 21st, offering Credit Points, Enhancement Stones, and Workbooks crucial for the new Talent Unlock system.
