The return of the classic Call of Duty Prestige system in Black Ops 6 has made XP grinding more popular than ever. Players familiar with recent CoD titles like Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone can leverage existing resources to accelerate their progress. This guide explains how to utilize Legacy XP Tokens in Black Ops 6.
Understanding Legacy XP Tokens in Black Ops 6
Following the Season 01 update to Black Ops 6 and Warzone, many players discovered a surplus of previously unseen XP tokens within Black Ops 6. These were quickly used to boost XP, weapon XP, and Battle Pass progression. However, a November 15th update addressed a bug that allowed these tokens to be activated in the Black Ops 6 interface.

While initially usable in Black Ops 6, this functionality was temporarily removed.

The workaround involved activating the Legacy XP Tokens in Warzone. After activation, the token and its timer would then appear in the Black Ops 6 UI. While this method required switching between games and tokens had real-time timers, it still provided a means to accelerate leveling in Black Ops 6.
