In *Astro Bot*, players can explore dozens of worlds, but there's a special set of ten worlds hidden in the secret Lost Galaxy. To access these exclusive areas, you need to locate hidden portals scattered across ten different worlds. Here's a detailed guide on where to find these elusive portals to unlock the secrets of the Lost Galaxy.
Where Are the Portal Locations to the Lost Galaxy in Astro Bot?
As you navigate through *Astro Bot*, keep an eye out for stages marked with a distinctive swirly icon on the selection screen. This icon indicates the presence of a portal to the Lost Galaxy within that stage. These portals might be tucked away early in the level or hidden right at the end, requiring keen observation to discover. To save you the hassle, here's a comprehensive guide to pinpoint each portal and how to access them.
Hidden Portal #1: Az-Tech Trail

Midway through the level, you'll encounter a dark room with a wall illuminated by four torches. Use the Twin-Frog Gloves to extinguish the flames, and the wall will reveal the portal behind it.
Hidden Portal #2: Creamy Canyon

Early in the level, you'll come across a snowy arena with a bouncing ladybug enemy. Move past it to find a charging pig. Grab the pig, swing it towards the edge of the platform until the icy statue is targeted, then release it to destroy the statue. Backtrack, flip over the ladybug to bounce up to a higher platform, and perform a charged spin attack to access the secret portal room.
Hidden Portal #3: Go-Go Archipelago

After defeating Captain Pincher, turn around to find his claw embedded in the ground. A glowing light signals a spot for a charged spin attack. Drill into the ground to uncover a hidden room with treasure and the secret portal.
Hidden Portal #4: Downsize Surprise

Near the end of the level, locate a frog that blows bubbles. Use your controller to blow into it, prompting the frog to release bubbles. Shrink yourself and ride a bubble to a branch above the bot, possibly jumping to another bubble before it pops. Navigate to the opposite branch to discover the next secret portal.
Hidden Portal #5: Free Big Brother!

This portal is among the easiest to find. At the start of the level, turn around to see platforms with an electric enemy. Swim over to bait the enemy into electrocuting the platforms, which will open the wall behind him, revealing the hidden portal.
Hidden Portal #6: Bathhouse Battle

Mid-level, find a house with a flaming chimney. After absorbing water, climb to the roof and extinguish the flames. Descend the chimney to enter a room containing the secret portal.
Hidden Portal #7: Hieiroglitch Pyramid

At the level's end, turn right to an area with falling jewels. Use the bounce pad to reach a hidden area. Before accessing the portal, you'll trigger a trap. Find the hidden switches in two walls pushing you back to open the pathway to the portal.
Hidden Portal #8: Balloon Breeze

This portal is the most challenging to find. Obtain the puffer-fish power-up, then backtrack to an area near the start with a distant platform and a bouncing ladybug. Flip the ladybug, punch it towards the platform's edge, bounce on it, activate the puffer-fish power-up, and use Astro's hover ability to reach the platform. Use motion controls to cut down surrounding bamboo to reveal the portal, then run around its perimeter to activate it.
Hidden Portal #9: Djinny of the Lamp

After defeating Djinny and reaching the goal, climb the ruins. The glowing ground indicates invisible platforms. Hover over these platforms, identified by glowing concrete slabs, to reach an elevated platform. Unroll the rug to ride to another platform where the secret portal awaits.
Hidden Portal #10: Frozen Meal

Before engaging the boss, roll a snowball until it's large enough to use as a platform. Use it to reach an area along the cliff, where you'll find the final secret portal in *Astro Bot*.
