Streamer Asmongold has challenged Ilon Musk to prove that he personally leveled his hero to 97 in Path of Exile 2's permanent death mode. In a bold move, Asmongold has promised to exclusively stream all his broadcasts on X for a year if Musk can demonstrate that he achieved this feat without assistance.
"Has Ilon Musk played on this account up to level 97? The answer is very simple: no. Unequivocally, without a doubt. If Ilon Musk can prove that he pumped the hero himself to level 97, I will host all of my broadcasts on X for a year," Asmongold stated firmly.
This challenge comes in the wake of streamer Quin's recent video, where he presented evidence suggesting that Ilon Musk paid others to level his Path of Exile 2 character.
Meanwhile, Grinding Gear Games continues to dominate the Steam charts with the release of Path of Exile 2. Despite some initial launch issues, the developers are diligently working to improve the game. Today, they released a video preview of the upcoming Path of Exile 2 patch, version 0.1.1.
The developers have announced that this update will address numerous minor issues that do not require extensive changes or significant impacts on the game's economy. Collectively, these "small fixes" are expected to make a substantial difference to the overall gaming experience.
