Armor Spheres are primarily earned as quest rewards in Monster Hunter Wilds. Both main and optional quests offer them. You'll begin receiving Armor Spheres after defeating Uth Duna for the first time. Subsequent main and optional quests, especially those unlocked after this point, will frequently include Armor Spheres in their reward pools.
To see what rewards a quest offers, open your journal, select the quest, and press R1 (or the equivalent button on your platform) to view the rewards list. Your rewards will be displayed after a successful hunt.
