Arknights: Endfield January Beta Test: Expanded Gameplay and New Features
Get ready for the next Arknights: Endfield beta test, launching mid-January 2025! This iteration boasts significant improvements and additions based on previous feedback. Niche Gamer reported on December 25th, 2024, detailing the expanded gameplay and character roster.
Key Enhancements in the Upcoming Beta:
- Expanded Roster: Fifteen playable characters, including two Endministrators, will be available. These characters feature updated models, animations, and special effects.
- Enhanced Combat: Experience refined combat mechanics with new combo skills and a newly implemented dodge system. Item usage and character progression have also been adjusted for a more rewarding experience.
- Base Building Overhaul: The base building system receives a significant update, including new defensive structures, expanded factory construction via outposts, and enhanced tutorial levels.
- Story and World Expansion: A reworked storyline, new maps, and engaging puzzles await players.
- Language Options: Players can select from Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and English voiceovers and text.
Beta Test Sign-Up:
Registration opened December 14th, 2024. While the application deadline and beta test start date remain unannounced, selected participants will receive an email notification from GRYPHLINE, including installation instructions.
Arknights: Endfield Content Creator Program Vol. 1:
Concurrent with the beta test announcement, Arknights: Endfield launched its Content Creator Program Vol. 1. This program offers selected creators access to the official community, exclusive perks, and special events. Two content categories are available: gameplay insights (reviews, lore discussions, streams, etc.) and fan creations (memes, art, cosplay, etc.). Applications were open from December 15th to December 29th, 2024. While meeting the requirements increases the chances of selection, GRYPHLINE retains final decision-making authority.
