Oni Press is bringing back the magic of Adventure Time with a new monthly comic book series launching in April 2025, in collaboration with Cartoon Network and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products.

Adventure Time #1, written by Nick Winn with interior art by Derek Ballard, picks up after the animated series finale. Finn and Jake's escapades in the Land of Ooo continue in the first story arc, titled "Best of Buds."
Winn shared his excitement, stating, "Being able to revisit the Land of Ooo through Oni Press has been a joy and a challenge. It's been amazing to create something new while staying true to the show's spirit."
Series editor Megan Brown added, "We're thrilled to bring readers back to Ooo for new adventures. This creative team has crafted a story filled with friendship, heart, and exciting challenges for Finn and Jake."
