Sony has unveiled an exciting lineup of games for the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in May 2025, offering a diverse selection of titles for subscribers. Announced via a detailed PlayStation.Blog post, the new additions promise a rich variety of gaming experiences across different genres and platforms.
PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers can look forward to nine new titles hitting the catalog on May 20, 2025. Leading the pack is Sand Land, an action RPG that brings to life the imaginative world of Akira Toriyama's manga. Other notable additions include Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition and the comprehensive S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy. The latter's Enhanced Edition, announced today for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X | S, is set to release on the same date. GSC Game World has confirmed that owners of the original trilogy on consoles will receive the Enhanced Edition at no additional cost, although it remains uncertain if this applies to PlayStation Plus subscribers.
For PlayStation Plus Premium members, the catalog expands with one classic title: Battle Engine Aquila. This sci-fi action game lets players control a versatile war vehicle capable of engaging enemies both in the air and on the ground, available on both PS4 and PS5.
