The IA'ȘI BILET app serves as a comprehensive travel portal developed by Iași Public Transport Company, offering all necessary tools for smooth public transportation experiences.

Key features include purchasing tickets with bank cards, calculating optimal travel routes, and viewing real-time transport information including lines, stops and vehicle locations on an interactive map.

After account creation and transport card registration, users can digitally recharge their cards with travel passes through secure online payments. The app provides real-time card status and active travel pass monitoring.

Multiple transport cards can be managed under a single account, with options to add funds to e-wallets, purchase new subscriptions, or renew existing ones.

A detailed transaction history is available, allowing users to review all recent purchases, validations and card activities.

Eligible users can apply for subsidized travel benefits directly through the app by submitting required documentation. Once approved, discounted or free passes become available for purchase.

Corporate partners can access card management features via both web portal and mobile app interfaces.

Customizable notifications alert users about upcoming pass expirations, successful transactions, and other important card activities via device alerts or email.

The route planning feature helps passengers find the most efficient journey between any two locations using live vehicle tracking data.

Passengers can begin their trip planning from current location or any map point, with destination options including address search, points of interest, station selection, or manual map pin placement. Frequently visited locations can be saved for quick access.

Real-time information includes walking distance to nearest stops, estimated arrival times, and total trip duration calculations.

Favorite locations can be bookmarked for faster route planning during future trips.

The app provides live vehicle tracking with transfer alerts when route changes are necessary.

Users can view complete line routes or specific directions, save preferred lines, and receive service disruption alerts affecting their saved routes.

The lines section enables searching by route number and displays real-time vehicle locations along selected directions.

Station information includes all serving lines with upcoming arrival times for the next three vehicles per line, plus full schedules.

The map displays all official ticket office locations with corresponding operating hours.

Available in both Romanian and English, with language auto-detection based on device settings.
